Junior Freeskiing Nationals

Presented by Crystal Mountain and Mountain Sports International, junior boys and girls ages 17 and under will compete in this event as part of the IFSA North American Junior Freeskiing Tour.

A competition that strays from man-made race courses, and instead works with the mountain’s natural features. Junior competitors (age 17 and under) choose cliffs, steep terrain, and speed to increase the difficulty and technicality of their run.

This annual event is a spin off of the Silver King Freeride which has become a showcase for freeskiing’s progression; skiers continuously seek to achieve what’s just beyond what’s been achieved before as they try to win the top cash prizes. IFSA junior membership required.

Event Schedule: (This event is SOLD OUT)

Thur March 1st: Registration and inspection day
Fri March 2nd: Day #1 ages 12-14
Sat March 3rd: Day #1 ages 15-18
Sun March 4th: Finals for both age groups, awards at 5pm
