U.S. Ski team veteran and Crystal Mountain Ambassador Scott Macartney announced his retirement last week.
Scott’s career began with CMAC races at Crystal Mountain while his parents worked as ski patrollers. He is hanging up his racing skis after five World Cup top-ten finishes, two Olympics and 12 years on the U.S. Ski Team.
Scott has not announced any future plans, but is at Crystal Mountain today, March 13, raising money for the American Cancer Society during Hope on the Slopes.
