On behalf of my husband Tom and me, we’d like to thank you for the amazing service and hospitality we received on Saturday evening. The Crystal Mountain staff – from the lift operators to our amazing server Sharee – was the definition of faultless! Although the weather was cloudy outside, the warmth of the team, the elegance of the restaurant, and the high quality flavors from your chef made it feel like a perfectly sunny summer day. We especially appreciated the complimentary champagne toast. What a special treat to cap off a remarkable dinner.

And, if you can, please share this with your team. We just can’t stop talking about their service. Let’s just say you’re being bragged about all over Tacoma today.

Aaron,
It was a treat eating at the Summit House last week! The evening was gorgeous with the sun setting on cue for the sunset dinner.
I started with the watermelon salad which I found refreshing and tasty. I loved the soft cheese served with it. The mild flavor of the cheese contrasted with the tangy sweet of the balsamic reduction dressing. Then I had the Ahi and loved it. I thought I was in heaven with that sashimi grade tuna in such a generous portion in front of me. I had asked for it just touched with heat on each side and indeed that is the way it arrived. I was delighted to experience something new with the Pane Cotta for dessert, so simple and yet unique and a perfect complement to the fresh berries.
I always enjoy talking with you and was glad I had that opportunity. I realized that in the spring when I had lunch up there, I had actually left you a note on a napkin rather a business card!
The chairlift ride down the mountain in the dark was new for me. We called people from the cell phone on the way down just to say we were riding on Rex and then Chinook.
The evening was memorable. Thank you for your part in making that so.
I am glad to be able to enjoy Crystal Mountain year round.

My wife, Rena, and I enjoyed an awesome dinner at the Summit House last Friday.  We’re the couple sitting by the north windows, I was asking questions about the cold soup.

Both our meals we’re perfect. I was really impressed with the freshness of everything, I’m still thinking about the tuna, it was the best I’ve had in quite a while. Anyway, I just wanted to drop you and your staff an line to say “nice work.” We’ll be back for sure.

I wanted to write to let you know how much we enjoyed our dinner with you Friday evening with our friends. This was a first for us and we can’t stop ravign about it to our friends and family. This will definitely be on our list of annual trips to make. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and food that was unbelievable. One concern our party of 8 had on Friday when we finished our amazing evening is the new gondola going in this summer. We wanted to express our concern that we are hoping that when you offer this experience next summer that you will continue to use the regular ski lift over the gondola as the ride up and down in the evening was half of the experience. Using the gondola during rain would be completely understandable but for the experience that we had being able to sit with a warm blanket and hot chocolate on the way down in the night air and being able to hear the crickets, and look up at the stars would be taken away with the use of the gondola. So in closing, our party wants to let you know to please consider this for next year, that we would love to repeat this with using the same chairlifts we did this year.
