Slow-Smoked Meats and Whisky Drinks
Rafters Smokehouse offers a warm, après atmosphere, perfect after a day on the hill. From Texas-style brisket, and Carolina-recipe pulled pork, to Alabama smoked chicken-slaw and smokehouse seasoned fries- all flavors of American BBQ are on the menu at Rafters. Featuring an in-house smoker and regionally sourced meats, our slow-smoked, hand-sliced meats make a tasty après meal. Pair with an Elysian Chair 6 Nordic Ale, or a whiskey-heavy cocktail to round off your meal. New this season, Rafters will host an Après Music Series featuring local bands on weekends from 3-6pm January through mid-March. Bring the whole family for some après fun!
