Join us this July for a weekend of relaxation, meditation, and connecting with nature in the beautiful alpine setting of Crystal Mountain. This two-day yoga festival was developed from our previous yoga retreats to include more yoga sessions, breakout nutritional sessions, painting, hiking, delicious locally-sourced food and much more. Bring your friends, bring your mat and escape the city to enjoy a weekend at Crystal Mountain to re-center and relax.

Registration Instructions:

Once you register, you will receive an email within 24 hours with a link to register for your select classes. You will need to choose one (1) of the following classes from each section below:
Friday select classes:
  • Guided Hike (1-3:00 p.m.)
  • Sunset Yoga (8-10:00 p.m.)
  • Soundbath (8-9:30 p.m.)

Saturday Select Classes:

  • Sunrise Yoga (5-7:00 a.m.)
  • Sunset Yoga (8-10:00p.m.)
  • Soundbath (8-9:30 p.m.)

Saturday AM Class (10:30a.m. – 12:30p.m.):

Jen Rudnick: Trained in Iyengar-style yoga- Jen teaches Winter yoga classes and has lead Summer retreats at Crystal Mountain in the past.

Courtney Thomas: Nutrition Classes

Serena Tomaso: Serena is a compassionate and refreshing teacher known for challenging and encouraging her students in all environments. Using a physical practice that facilitates mental growth, she can guide all levels of yoga per the capabilities of her students.

Ali Mazzeo: Ali teaches grounding, musically-inspired yoga classes incorporating restorative yoga, myofascial release techniques and practices that incorporate strength building and stress-relief. She discovered yoga in college as a powerful tool for calming the mind and connecting to the inner self. An accountant by day and yoga instructor by night, she’s a huge advocate of creating a healthy work-life-balance and desires to bring mindfulness, body awareness and empowerment to her students.

Bailey: I began yoga in 2010 for mental clarity and then I realized it was a great workout too! Yoga helped with my flexibility and hip mobility, and I loved how it made me feel so I took the leap and completed my Yoga teacher training through CorePower yoga in 2014. I enjoy developing challenging, intelligent sequences that allow my students to feel confident in more ways than one. I love connecting with students and having fun in my classes!

What type of classes are being offered?
We are offering sunrise/sunset yoga on The Summit Platform, Iyengar, Hatha Vinyasa, Yin yoga, yoga/nutrition workshops, guided hikes and sound bath meditations. 
Do I need to attend all breakout sessions?
Nope! These are limited capacity, so you can register for classes when you purchase your ticket online. 
Where can I get breakfast and dinner on Saturday?
Attendants will be on their own for breakfast Saturday morning. We recommend light foods, and smaller meals throughout the day so you can get the most out of your yoga classes!
Dinner will be available at the Fireside Café until 7 PM The Summit House Restaurant and Alpine Inn Restaurant will be open. 
Where can I stay overnight?
– RV/Camping: You are welcome to bring your RV, Van, Bus, or caravan up. Discover more information on Camping at Crystal Mountain here.
– Hotels: While Crystal Mountain does not own any lodging, we have a variety of options nearby and onsite.
