3rd Annual Mike Brooks Memorial Brew Fest @ Base Area
Apr 6 @ 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Join us for the third annual Mike Brooks Memorial Brew Fest on April 6 to raise money for the Cascade Mountain Avalanche Dog Program!

For those who didn’t know Mike Brooks, Mike was on his way to work when he was tragically killed by an impaired driver on June 7, 2016. Mike left behind a wife (Rachael), a son (McCoy), and a daughter (Finley). One of the nicest people you will ever meet, Mike was an avid sports fan and an encyclopedia of trivia knowledge.

In addition to his family, Mike loved the outdoors. Whether it was hiking, camping, running, biking, or skiing, Mike loved being active and being outside. It is in this spirit that friends and family of Mike have chosen to host a memorial event in Mike’s honor at Crystal Mountain, where Mike also spent over a decade working in the Food & Beverage department.

Join us for a fun day on the slopes as we remember Mike Brooks. Friends and family invite you to participate in a scavenger hunt for prizes, beer tasting, silent auction, raffle and live music.  Proceeds from the beer ticket sales will benefit the Cascade Mountain Avalanche Dog Program.
