Reservations Are Open for the 25/26 Season

Parking Reservation Information for the 2025/26 Season
For the 2025-2026 Winter Season, Crystal Mountain will continue to require parking reservations on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays for all guests. Parking is included with lift access, provided the reservation is made within seven days of the visit. Reservations can be made further in advance for a fee.


25/26 Crystal Mountain guest parking


Reservation Requirement:

• As in past years, guests arriving before noon on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays must make a parking reservation. The only exceptions are Anytime A Lot and Gold Hills parking pass holders.
• Holiday dates: December 26 to January 1, Martin Luther King Day (January 19), and Presidents' Day (February 16).

Reservation Details:

• The reservation system opens at 12:00 a.m. on November 22.
• Guests can reserve parking for the entire season for a $10 per-day fee, or reserve for free within a rolling seven-day window (starting at midnight) with the purchase of lift access.
• Reservations can be canceled, but paid reservations are non-refundable. Standard cancellation policies apply.
• If you no longer need a reservation, cancel by 6:00 a.m. on the day of your visit.
• Once reservations are full, guests can add themselves to a waitlist. No confirmation email is sent, and you will not be able to see your position in the waitlist queue.
• New: If a spot becomes available, the next guest on the waitlist is automatically reserved and notified by email. Your waitlist status will be displayed in your profile.
• No reservations are required Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Reservations are also not required after 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• During peak times and inclement weather, we may manage traffic flow to reduce wait times and help maintain access for emergency vehicles.
• On days when reservations are required, reservations are guaranteed until noon. After 12:00 p.m., parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Lift Access:

• Guests with an Ikon Pass, Crystal Mountain Pass, 3-Day Frequency Pass, day tickets, or any other lift-access product can use their pass number or itinerary number from their email confirmation to reserve free parking within a rolling seven-day window (starting at midnight).
• Guests without lift access who want to use Crystal Mountain parking lots will be charged $10 for a parking reservation. If lift access is purchased after arriving, the $10 parking fee will be credited toward the purchase at the ticket booths and Guest Services.
• Guests who stay for the weekend but arrive before Saturday are required to make a reservation in advance for the days reservations are required.
• Guests using Carpool, EV, or Accessibility parking are required to make a reservation on days reservations are required.

Carpool Information:

• Carpools must have four or more occupants.
• 100 additional Carpool spots have been added for the 25/26 season.
• New: On days when reservations are required, all carpools must make a parking reservation. When making your reservation, select a standard reservation. Carpool status will be verified on arrival. Qualifying vehicles will be directed to the south end of C Lot (uphill end). If C Lot is full, vehicles will be redirected to available lots.
• Guests can park at the Enumclaw Expo Center to form carpools.
• SP+ Carpool App for guests to arrange carpools to Crystal Mountain and other destinations. New:

• Parking reservations and fees still apply. EV charging rates: first 4 hours, $6 per hour; after 4 hours, $15 per hour.
• Specific reservations for EV charging station spots are not required. Spots are available first-come, first-served.
• EV Charging Stations For The US And Canada | FLO before arrival. Guests can set up a FLO account.

• For guests with an ADA parking permit, parking reservations are required on weekends and holidays. Upon arrival, present your ADA permit to the parking attendants for directions to designated parking.

Parking Without Reservation, No-Show Policy, and Cancellation Policy


Penalty for No Reservation:

• Vehicles without a reservation will be stopped at F Lot. If space is available, guests will be asked to make a reservation on-site for a $30 fee. If parking reservations are full, no on-site reservations will be available.
• If parking reservations are full, guests will not be allowed to park in Crystal Mountain lots.
• If you have a parking permit or reservation, be prepared to show your receipt at F Lot.
• Parking attendants may conduct secondary enforcement audits. Vehicles without reservations may be ticketed.
• Parking attendants may conduct random spot checks. Guests who park without a reservation may be issued a ticket.

No-Show and Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel reservations up to 6:00 a.m. on the day of your visit. Cancellations made after 6:00 a.m. will be counted as no-shows.
• To help ensure a fair experience for all guests, a no-show policy applies to the reservation system.
• No-shows will be tracked through the parking enforcement system. Two no-shows will result in your license being suspended from making future reservations. Guests can resolve this by calling SP+ parking support.
• Paid parking reservations are non-refundable. No exceptions. The no-show policy also applies to paid reservations.

Crystal Express Shuttle Service
The Crystal Express Shuttle Service from the Enumclaw Expo Center is complimentary with a reservation and free of charge. Upon making a reservation, you can cancel up to 6:00 a.m. day of.

NEW: This year, similar to parking no-shows, shuttle cancellations are required. Two no-shows will result in suspension from making future reservations.
