Crystal Mountain's Freeride programs develop athletes' skills and confidence on big-mountain terrain, helping them reach their goals and experience the thrill of some of the steepest freeride terrain in the Pacific Northwest.

FREERIDE DEVELOPMENT (AGES 8-18)
The Development Team is our introductory program for intermediate-to-advanced athletes to take their abilities to the next level. It features an accelerated pathway to build confidence in skiing or riding big-mountain terrain.
Crystal FREERIDE (Ages 8-18)
The Freeride Team builds sound techniques, refines route selection, and instills safer approaches to creative freeskiing and riding. This program is intended for both those who desire to be expert big-mountain skiers and riders without competing and athletes who aspire to compete in local competitions.
FREERIDE COMPETITION (Ages 8-18)
Freeride Competition is for any skier or rider who wants to develop the skills and techniques needed to compete in regional and national IFSA competitions. 1-Day options are now available for the Competition Team.
Adult Freeride Sessions (Ages 18+)
Take your skills beyond the groomers with a full day of expert-led instruction. Designed for advanced skiers or snowboarders, you'll gain valuable insight into off-piste technique, various terrains, and learn how to stay confident no matter the conditions.
