Helpful Tips

  • Dress warm and wear comfortable footwear with good traction. Check the weather forecast before heading up.
  • We recommend that you use the restroom at the bottom of the gondola before you head up. ADA access and restrooms are available on the first floor of the base area lodge.
  • Wear sunscreen. Remember, you’re at a much higher elevation and the reflection of the snow can intensify the effects.
  • Bring your camera!
  • Do not feed wildlife.
  • Summit House bathrooms are not ADA accessible. ADA accessible bathrooms are located at the base area.

Severe Weather Notice

  • The gondola may close without notice due to severe weather, such as strong winds, and thus access to the Summit House would not be available. Please check the mountain report page or call us at (833) 279-7895 before heading up.
