When it comes to playing in the snow, we believe the more the merrier! Get the whole gang together and you’re sure to enjoy a unique group experience whether you share it with office buddies or use it to inspire a wintery fun family reunion. We are pleased to offer a discount on lift tickets, lessons and rental equipment to groups of 15 or more. For each 15 tickets purchased, you’ll receive one additional complimentary lift ticket. We also offer special incentives if you bring up a group multiple times in one season.

Guided Snowshoe Tour
For the non-skiers in your group, we offer a two-hour guided tour from the top of the Mt. Rainier Gondola. Rates are for the guides only, snowshoe rental & scenic gondola ticket sold separately.

Booking Your Group
We can assist you in planning a catered breakfast or lunch. Group food cards are a great option too and can be created in any amount and are non-refundable.
In order to make your trip run smoothly, we need to receive your group order at least 3 days in advance. Please let us know:
- How many lift tickets are needed for adult, youth, child and seniors
- The number and type of rental equipment needed
- The skill level of those taking lessons, the lesson and equipment type, morning vs. afternoon
- Food and beverage needs (minimum 7 days notice)
- Any other special needs your group may require
A credit card will be taken at this time to hold and confirm your reservation. The card will be charged the day of your arrival, if you cancel within 48 hours of your trip a $50 handling fee will be charged. If lessons and rentals are booked and 48 hour cancellation notice is not given the group will be charged in full unless the ski trip is rescheduled in the same season.
When you arrive, your tickets will be waiting for you in the Guest Services office. One payment must be made at time of pick up. If you wish to receive your tickets in advance, confirmation must be made at least 5 business days prior to the event date to allow for processing and mailing. Tickets will be sent to you via Fed Ex. Shipping charges apply.
Unused tickets, rental or lesson vouchers must be returned to guest services by 11:30 a.m. in order to be removed from your final group order.

Group Q & A
Q: When our group arrives at Crystal, where should we pick up our tickets?
A: Upon arrival, your group leader will check-in to Guest Services. At this time, tickets will be issued to your group leader for distribution to the members of the group and then be guided to their next destination.
Q: Do we have to pay for our visit before we arrive?
A: Payment will be collected on the day of your event and based on the actual number of tickets, rentals and lessons used. A 50% advance payment is required for catering services. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Check or Credit Card. We are unable to accept individual payments. A credit card number must be provided to confirm your group ticket order in advance with a $50 deposit.
Q: How far in advance should we make reservations?
We require at least 3 days notice to process a group ticket order or 5 business days to ship tickets directly to you in advance ($7.50 shipping will apply). Rental Equipment and Lessons require 7 or more days’ notice and are based on availability. Catering and private room rentals must be confirmed a minimum of 7-10 days in advance, along with a minimum 50% deposit.
Q: Do we need to do anything to reserve rental equipment?
A: There is no minimum on equipment rentals as long as a minimum of 15 lift tickets are purchased. A total number of rentals for your group is required a minimum of 5 days prior to your visit. Each person renting equipment through the Group Sales program will need to fill out a rental form and release of liability in the rental shop after a group lift ticket has been issued. The rental attendant will tally and confirm a total count on rentals for processing on the day of your trip. Simply mention the group name at the rental count, fill out the release form, get fit for appropriate rentals and head out on the hill. Download the 2016-17 Rental & Liability Form in advance and bring completed forms for each person to expedite the service.
Q: We need a bus to and from Crystal. Will our coordinator be able to arrange transportation for our group?
A: We cannot arrange transportation for your group, but your group coordinator can provide you with a list of referrals for charter bus companies.
Q: What should we do with unused tickets, rental and lesson vouchers?
A: Please bring unused items back to guest services no later than 11:30 a.m. on the morning of your visit. You will not be charged for these items, but they must be returned unused to be removed from your group order.
