Can I add to My Group After Booking? What If Someone Can't Make It?
You may add guests after booking. However, we cannot guarantee adjustments to breakfast orders or reserved demo gear.
Can My Children Join?
Absolutely! Children can fill any spots of your group of five people.
Do We Need Lift Tickets?
Yes. Every guest needs valid lift access. Lift access is not included in the Guiding Service.
Do We Need to be an Expert?
No. Your guide tailors your day to your group’s ability, goals and mountain conditions.
Does Everyone in the Group receive an A Lot Parking pass?
No. Only 1 A-Lot Parking pass is included with Mountain Guides.
Is Lunch Included?
Reserved Summit House seating is included; lunch is purchased separately.
Is This a Ski or Snowboard Lesson?
No. Crystal Mountain Guiding is designed to help you experience and explore the mountain. For personalized coaching and skill development, book a Private Lesson.

That's up to you! Based on your group’s skill level and current conditions on the mountain, your guide tailors your experience to what you want.
Is Lunch at the Summit House Complimentary?
Crystal Mountain Guiding includes reserved seating for you and your group at the Summit House restaurant. However, lunch selections are not included.
