Reservations Are Open for the 25/26 Season

Highway 410 access update

Highway 410 has sustained significant damage due to erosion from this week’s historic precipitation and is operating via a single-lane gravel shoulder controlled by a traffic light where Boise Creek has cut under the road. Because of this, WSDOT has requested limited access until Highway 410 is repaired to maintain the safety of travelers and integrity of the road.

INTERIM PARKING POLICY

Crystal Mountain has agreed to cap the number of parking reservations offered to reduce the number of travelers on Highway 410 while the interim solution is in place, which is expected at least through January and is subject to change.
If we are able to return to our regular parking plan earlier than expected, all advanced purchased midweek reservations will be refunded.
The waitlist function is active for the new days requiring reservations.
Hotel guests: nothing has changed for this process. Look out for further communications from your respective hotels.
A Lot, Gold Hills, and Seasonal B and G Lot RV Pass Holders do not need a parking reservation. Please show your parking pass to the attendant at F Lot.
Reservations are now required seven days a week, all times, including afternoon arrivals, during this interim solution.
Only guests with parking reservations will be able to park and ski at Crystal Mountain.
These new parking reservations are now available through January, free of charge within a 7-day window and $10 for bookings outside of 7 days.
Guests who have already purchased mid-week or weekend daily tickets but no parking reservation must book parking here, or carpool with another guest who has a reservation via the SP+ Carpool App, available for download from the App Store.
The Enumclaw Expo Center parking lot will continue as Crystal’s park and ride location.
Once daily tickets are sold out online, guests with a parking reservation, or carpooling with someone who has one, can buy tickets on-site at Guest Services.
The Crystal Mountain Express Shuttle Service from the Enumclaw Expo Center will not be running at this time. Existing shuttle reservations for this weekend will have a first right of refusal for parking reservations. SP+ will reach out via email approximately 4 p.m. today.
Guests should not attempt to visit Crystal Mountain without a parking reservation. Guests without a parking reservation will be turned around, in addition to creating unneeded stress on the interim plan.

Lift Access:

Guests with an Ikon Pass, Crystal Mountain Pass, 3-Day Frequency Pass, day tickets, or any other lift-access product can use their pass number or itinerary number from their email confirmation to reserve free parking within a rolling seven-day window (starting at midnight).
Guests who have not purchased lift access to utilize Crystal Mountain parking lots will be charged $10 for a parking reservation. If a lift access product is purchased after arriving at the mountain, the $10 parking fee will be credited toward the purchase at the ticket booths and Guest Services.
Those who stay for the weekend but arrive before Saturday are required to make a reservation in advance.
Guests using Carpool, EV, or Accessibility parking are required to make a reservation.

Carpool Information:

Carpools must have four or more occupants.
Carpool Reservations: On days when reservations are required, all carpools must make a parking reservation. When making your reservation, please select a normal reservation. We will manually verify carpool status upon arrival, directing carpooling vehicles to park in the South End of C Lot (uphill end). If C Lot is full, your vehicle will be redirected to available lots. NEW: 100 additional Carpool spots added for the 25/26 season!
Guests can park in designated lots at the Enumclaw Expo Center to form carpools.

EV Charging

EV Charging:  First 4 hours: $6 per hour. 4 hours +: $15 per hour
Parking reservations & fees still apply.
Specific reservations for EV charging station spots are not required. They will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

ADA Parking Reservations

For guests with an ADA parking permit, parking reservations are required on weekends and holidays. Upon arrival, please present the ADA permit to the parking attendants, who will direct you to the designated parking spots.

Parking Without Reservation, No-Show Policy, and Cancellation Policy

Penalty for No Reservation:

Vehicles without a reservation will be stopped at F Lot. If space is available, guests will be asked to make a reservation on-site for a $30 fee. If parking reservations are full, no on-site parking reservations will be available.
If parking reservations are full, guests will not be allowed to park in Crystal Mountain lots.
If you have a parking permit or reservation, please be prepared to show your receipt at F Lot.
Parking attendants auditing the lots will conduct secondary enforcement. Cars without reservations will be ticketed.
Crystal Mountain parking attendants will conduct random spot checks, and guests who park without a reservation will be issued a ticket.

No-Show and Cancellation Policy:

Parking Reservation Cancellation Policy: You may cancel reservations up to 6:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Cancellations made after 6:00 a.m. will be counted as no-shows.
No-Show Policy: To ensure a fair experience for all our guests, we will implement a no-show policy for our reservation system.
No-shows will be tracked through our parking enforcement system. Two no-shows will result in your license being suspended from making future reservations. Guests can resolve this by calling SP+ parking support.
Paid Parking Reservation Cancellation Policy: Paid parking reservations are non-refundable. No exceptions. The no-show policy also applies to paid reservations.
