What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and good for two (same-day) round-trip Gondola rides.

Are Scenic Gondola tickets round-trip?

Yes. Tickets include two round-trip Gondola rides per day. This gives you the flexibility to head down for food or shopping, then return to the summit when you're ready. The second scan must match the first and your photo will be used for verification.

Do children need a ticket to ride the gondola?

Children ages 4 and under can ride the Gondola for free with a paying adult. All other guests need a valid ticket.

How long does it take to get to the top?

The Scenic Gondola ride is about 12 minutes.

Can I bring my dog on the Scenic Gondola?

Dogs are only allowed during the summer season and are not allowed during ski season.

Do I need to buy a ticket to ride the gondola down if I hiked up?

Yes. You must purchase a ticket if you hiked up and want to ride the Gondola down. Download tickets are available at Guest Services or Tower 16.

How many people can fit in one gondola cabin?

Each Gondola cabin seats up to eight people.
