Guest Services is open during all gondola operating hours (located in Cascade Lodge).

Scenic Gondola

During these hours, Guest Services is also open (located in Cascade Lodge). Restrooms in Cascade Lodge are open when Brew 62 opens through 30 minutes past the last gondola download.

Each ticket includes two gondola rides per day. Tickets are non-transferable. Please be prepared for lift operators to verify that the second scan matches the identity of the original ticket holder.

Discounts are not available at the window or online on the day of your visit.

Climbing Wall Located in the base area lower meadow. Ages 6+. Weight limit: 50–250 lbs. Harness provided. Close-toed shoes required. Silver Creek Mining Sluice Located in the base area outside Fireside. All ages. Purchase a bag of pay dirt at Crystal Mountain Outfitters and discover hidden gems at the sluice box. Interpretive Walks Free, no registration required. Meet below the Crystal Trail sign near the wedding platform. Disc Golf Free for all ages, no reservations needed. Two courses, 27 baskets from base to summit. Maps and disc rentals available at Right Angle Sports, Summit Shop, or Snorting Elk Cellar.	Open daily when gondola operates. Upper course opens once snow has melted.
Hiking Trail maps available at ticket kiosks or via the Crystal Mountain App (GPS map). Early summer trails may have snow. check the Mountain Report for trail status.	Open daily when gondola operates.
RV Camping B Lot hookups along the West bank. Reservation required. Managed through Rover Pass.	Available nightly May 21 – Oct. 31, 2026. Book at RoverPass.com

Biking is permitted on resort trails. Bikes are not permitted on the gondola or lifts. E-bikes are not allowed on USFS trails.
