Access Details
- Three days of access during the 25/26 season, either Monday–Friday for the Midweek or any day of the week for the Anytime Pass.
- Parking reservations are required on weekends if you arrive before noon.
- Mailing details: Passes are mailed until the resort opens. Once we open, no additional passes will be mailed.
- If a guest doesn’t receive their pass before their first ski day, they will need to pick it up at Guest Services.
- Passes can only be fulfilled centrally if the guest has a photo on file and has signed their waiver.
- Non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The end date of the season is subject to change.
- If you purchase a day lift ticket and want to upgrade to a 3-Day Pass, you may do so before 3:30 on the day for which your day lift ticket is valid. Please visit Guest Services and bring proof of purchase.
- Blackout dates apply: 12/27 - 12/31, 1/19, and 2/16
Pass PIckup and Redemption
- All passes must be picked up in person at Crystal Mountain. Passes will not be mailed, including those purchased after our public opening in November. To receive your physical pass, please visit Guest Services at the resort during your arrival. Guest Services Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
- If you scored one of our special event 3-Day passes, the terms and conditions differ. The Corporate 3-Day Pass is only valid from Sunday to Friday and excludes holidays.
