Previously known as the Quiver Pass, the Demo Pass has been a Crystal staple since 2019. This season it’s better than ever, unlocking all-new 2025/26 gear from 26 leading ski and snowboard brands. Enjoy unlimited demo rentals all winter, with a curated selection for every style and condition: freeride, freestyle, on-piste, all-mountain, and powder. Every item is tuned and ready, and our demo techs will fit your setup, offer advice, and get to know your preferences.

Return equipment nightly, check out as many demo sets as you like. and swap models if the conditions change. The Demo Pass is perfect if you don’t want to buy new gear every year or haul equipment to and from the mountain. Simply pick it up, ride, and drop it off. Our team handles the details so you can focus on the skiing and riding.

Perks include first access to purchase demo equipment at a sizable discount, a private grab-and-go entrance, the option to email your daily pick, boots (new this season), and even the ability to take gear on a vacation for up to one week per winter with prior approval.
New 2025/26 gear will be available as soon as conditions allow, typically between December 1 and 15. If you want to gear up earlier, we can outfit you with remaining inventory from prior seasons.Your Demo Pass is valid through the end of the regular season, though selection may be limited in spring.

We begin selling new demos to the public on March 15, with Demo Pass holders receiving first access on March 1.
The Demo Pass starts at $449 and includes a helmet and boots if needed. It’s valid for the entire regular season, and using it about once every four weeks pays for itself compared to daily demo rates.
Skis: This season, we will carry 15 ski brands across 116 models, totaling 200 new skis.

Ski bindings (mounted): Marker, Look, and Atomic (bindings are not MNC-compatible).

Ski boots: All-new models this season. Men’s: K2 Recon 120 BOA, plus a smaller selection of Rossignol boots. Women’s: K2 Anthem 105 BOA, plus a smaller selection of Rossignol boots.

Snowboards: 11 snowboard brands across 101 models, totaling 104 new snowboards.

Snowboard bindings (mounted): Jones Meteorite and Equinox; Union STR and Juliet.

Snowboard boots: All-new models this season. Men’s: K2 Maysis Double BOA (7.5–13 US), plus a smaller selection of Ride and Rossignol boots from last season. Women’s: K2 Contour Double BOA (5.5–10 US), plus a smaller selection of Ride and Rossignol boots from last season.

Ski brands: 4FRNT, Lib Tech, Nordica, Moment, Elan, K2, Line, Atomic, Blizzard, Rossignol, Salomon, Stockli, Volkl, Black Crows, Faction.

Snowboard brands: Ride, Capita, Nitro, Arbor, Lib Tech, GNU, Bataleon, Jones, K2, Rossignol, Salomon.
For your safety and the safety of our equipment, you must provide an accurate birthdate, height, weight, skier type, and boot sole length.
Enjoy the industry’s best gear all season, plus exceptional service from pros who learn your preferences and help match equipment to daily conditions. Demo Pass holders may enter through the Sundeck doors in the morning to skip the rental line and go straight to a demo tech. Benefits include:

  • Exclusive end-of-season purchase discounts with early access starting March 1 (public March 15).
  • Free boot rentals for the pass holder only (for best fit, we recommend bringing your personal boots).
  • Sundeck entrance (direct to a demo tech) to bypass the main rental line in the morning.
  • VIP services: early shop access (30 minutes before opening).
  • 40% discount at the Tune Shop on personal gear.
  • Free day-use storage while you take a break.
  • Take our gear on a trip for up to seven days total with prior approval from a demo tech.

Yes. After purchasing your Rental or Demo Pass, stop by the shop and ask for your pass media, which we can print for you at Tech Bench 9.

Simply show up, scan your pass, and get your gear. No need to bookin advance.

If you have favorite sizes or models you would like to try, please email us at CMRentals@skicrystal.com with your top one-to-three picks for the day (24-72 hours in advance). We will do our best to reserve the equipment for you.

We rent all equipment on a first-come, first-serve basis and though we cannot guarantee a specific model and size, we always do our best to accommodate.
No appointment required. Bring your pass when you arrive and we’ll get you set up and on snow. If you have a specific model in mind, email your first and second choices and we’ll do our best to set them aside. Availability isn’t guaranteed, since gear moves in and out of maintenance.
Renters are responsible for the condition of any gear they check out. If equipment is lost, stolen, broken, or damaged beyond repair, the pass holder must pay the full purchase price. Please watch for low-snow conditions, closed areas, and on-hill obstructions that can damage gear. Treat our equipment as you would your own.
