Your Tune Pass covers eligible services for up to three designated ski or snowboard setups for the entire season. When you bring your gear to Brand X, each designated setup is barcoded to activate Tune Pass service. From there, bring it back whenever it needs attention throughout the season.
Yes. Tune Passes can be shared within a family or between a couple. The pass covers up to three designated ski or snowboard setups for the season, so the coverage stays with the gear registered to the pass.
No, you may not reserve tuning services in advance. Tuning services are only available on-site and in person. Our technicians must evaluate your equipment and discuss the potential tuning options before conducting service.
Most work is completed within 24 hours. We will notify you when your gear is ready. Please pick it up as soon as possible to help keep turnaround times short.

Drop off and pick up your gear at Brand X at Crystal Mountain. The shop opens early, so you can pick up your gear before first chair and get back on snow.
